The Farm

Long Ridge Farm is nestled in the saddle of a ridge that spans the length of two towns. It is located in the Connecticut River Valley and the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. Mount Monadnock to our East, is the most climbed mountain in North America. The Connecticut River to our West runs from the Canadian border to the Atlantic in Connecticut. Our region is blessed with a magnificent four season environment, with easy access to the wilds and the city alike.

We are members in good standing with the:

  • American Romeldale CVM Registry (ARCR)
  • American Livestock Breed Conservency (ALBC)
  • Natural Colored Wool Growers Association (NCWGA)
  • New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Growers Association (NHSWGA)

We are enrolled in the Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program (VSFCP) and our flock is foot rot free and has tested negative for OPP.
